Welcome to Crystal Wax Creations a multi-award winning, family run home fragrance, bath & body brand based in Buckinghamshire.
Inspired by the natural elements of the world, we specialise in creating products that enhance your mood & evoke the senses through the power of both scent & stone. We create all our products by hand, using traditional methods in our home studio.
We are incredibly passionate about the conservation of our planet & that is why we go above and beyond to ensure we are not only creating products that are cruelty-free & vegan-friendly, but that our packaging is kind to our planet too – you can read all about the steps we have taken towards a more sustainable future here.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN…
Hello, you beautiful souls… My name is Christie & I am the human & sole creator behind Crystal Wax Creations.
What began as a hobby in 2018 quickly evolved into a full-time pursuit when my spinal condition led to chronic pain & sporadic leg paralysis. Leading on to me leaving my previous job and undergoing major surgery at the end of 2019. Fortunately, after many months of rehabilitation & with the help & support of my friends and family, I was able to continue pursuing my dreams of operating a brand I am truly proud of!
As a person I am passionate about planet conservation and made the conscious decision when opening this business, that our products & packaging would have as little impact on our planet as possible.
Working with local UK suppliers where possible, I strive to maintain a cruelty-free, vegan brand that is plastic-free, with ethical sourcing & sustainability at the forefront of our choices.
I still to this day single handedly & meticulously hand make all our products in small batches, using traditional techniques to ensure quality and reduce waste. There’s no mass machines here, it’s personal & that’s the way we like it!
I’m committed to innovating, creating, and delivering the best home fragrance experience & as we look to the future, I’m filled with excitement for what lies ahead, with many more products & collections in the works.

Our mission is to provide a moment of escape from life’s stressors, whilst bringing people together through fragrance & building an inclusive community of likeminded individuals. Inspired by the natural elements of the world & the little things in life, our products are created with both you & the environment in mind, with the goal of elevating your space, enhancing your mood & evoking the senses through the power of scent & stone.
OUR PHILOSOPHIES & PROMISES
SUSTAINABILITY
Whilst we are far from perfect, we are committed and continually striving to do and be better for future generations to come. At present all orders are carefully packed using Recycled FSC® certified boxes from responsibly managed forests, biodegradable packing peanuts, acid free tissue paper and Kraft packaging tape.
Our wax melts come packaged in biodegradable glassine bags and are labelled using FSC® certified paper. Our Signature samples that are included with every order are predominantly made with the left-over wax from the production of our larger melts – meaning no wax is ever wasted.
In an ever-changing world we know there is always room for improvement & we welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have.
HAND MADE PRODUCTS
We create all our products by hand using traditional methods, in small scale batches to ensure quality & minimize wastage. From the initial idea to the finishing details – every product is carefully thought out, designed, sourced, and poured by us in-house, before then going through a rigorous testing process & quality check prior to being sold.
OUR COMMITMENT TO DO BETTER

As a business we are continually looking for ways in which we can do better for both the community and the environment by updating and improving our practices wherever necessary, as well as helping to support and raise awareness across a range of topics.
For the last year we have been supporting Mind UK Charity, donating 20% from the sales of our Mind, body and soul collection to help raise both awareness and vital funds. Mind UK are a charity who provide support and advice to anyone who may be experiencing a mental health condition.
Every Year we will select a new charity to support, a choice in which our community will be involved in making.
CRUELTY FREE, VEGAN AND ETHICALLY SOURCED
We are incredibly passionate about the conservation of our planet and made the conscious decision to not only create luxury products that are cruelty free, Vegan-friendly and ethically sourced but to ensure that everything right down to our packaging is as kind to the environment as possible.
We source only the finest ingredients and work with suppliers that are based locally wherever possible. It was imperative to us that our products would not contain any animal products, nor would any of our products be tested or have any association with animal testing. The colour work in all our products is created using non-hazardous, vegan and cruelty free dyes & ethically sourced pure grade mica. The glitter you see used in our creations is plastic free and cruelty free, made from plant-based vegetable starch.
